Flowers From Our Yard: About Face Rose
(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.)
Over the past few weeks I've gotten into the habit of posting flowers from our yard on Thursdays. I'd like to continue doing that, although for now the pictures are going to have to come from the archives. This picture of About Face Rose was taken May 15, 2010.

A perfect rose and a talented photographer!
Lovely bloom.
Beautiful rose! Great photograph!
This is so pretty with the dark centres that open out lighter.
Beautiful!!!
about face rose, verrryyyy interesting name on that one and of course it is totally gorgeous to look at.
Is it called About Face because of the two colors? It is beautiful but then there are no ugly roses, are there?!!
How lovely to look at this beauty, while all I see outside my window is gray skies and dirty snow this morning. This is indeed a lovely rose and such an interesting name.
Lovely! Do you mulch your roses to protect them?
That is really pretty with the two colors.
George, couldn't you just see it coming? You know I have to ask about that strange name!! Wow, this is a true beauty!! I just live that color, so deep in the middle and light pastel on the outside. The peach shade is beautiful! Did I tell you yesterday how much I like your wreath header?
This is just stunning- I especially like the out of focus background. If your archives are anything like mine there will be enough flowers to get you through a year of Thursdays!
to imagine a rose blooming on this day is enchanting, my world is white with snow. Yours is gorgeous.
That is a stunning shot of your rose.
And the color is so warm. :)
Beautiful color.
Thank you!
Kiss.
A very beautiful rose.
Really nice to spend a day looking. Very good, greetings.
