Kachina Point View

This picture of the Painted Desert was taken at Kachina Point in the Petrified Forest National Park in Arizona.

It looks like snow!!! Maybe calcified deposits? Although I wouldn't put it past you and Betsy to find a snowy desert in all your exploring!
