Merry Christmas

(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.  Clicking a second time will make it full-sized.)

This picture was taken several days ago in Calabash, North Carolina.  We had just finished a delicious seafood dinner and stopped by this tree to get a picture.  There wasn't any snow around, but it was still a Christmasy scene.

My Beautiful Bride and I wish you all a very Merry Christmas.

Hi George, its sunny here in south Florida but not warm! 'Snow-Birds' flying south for Christmas brought a blast of cold 44 degree air with them.. brrr ;)

Happy holidays to you and Betsy, George. If you're on the road--which most often you are--safe travels and Merry Christmas. You and Betsy have a nice tradition here of escaping to the beach in December.

I think when I was basting the turkey some of the juice leaked under the bottom metal plate and its screwed on.So you can't really put baking soda or salt under there.
I don't think I like that it is so open under there for this to happen. I put some baking soda hoping it would stop the fire but it's pretty scary. I always say every kitchen should be equipped with a fire extinguisher and we have a few somewhere lol
It's going to be a job to clean now.lol
