Waterfalls and Icicles

(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.  Clicking a second time will make it full-sized.)

Waterfalls and icicles often go together in February.  I got this picture, from my archives, of icicles formed by spray from Blue Hole Falls near Elizabethton, Tennessee.

Icicles & waterfalls are some of my favorite things each on their own.. together they're phenomenal!

I had hoped to make a trek over to the frozen sea caves of Lake Superior this winter.. they're seeing a lot of traffic, though. We'll see!

Icicles have always intrigued me. we're seeing a lot of them these days -- hanging off of just about everything -- but they never lose their attraction.

Beautiful photo, George!
