Rose of the Week: Bewitched

(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.  Clicking a second time will make it full-sized.)

Someone in the house said that we could never have too many pink roses.  I'm glad she feels that way, because I think some of our pink roses are beautiful.  Bewitched is an All-America Rose with a gorgeous color and form.  It also has a nice fragrance.  I think Bewitched even looks good after a shower.

Especially good after a shower!

Hey George, I have a question for you. I have heard of mixing a little glycerine with water to create really nice drops on a plant. Do you know whether that has any adverse affect on flowers or other plants?

(If it is okay for the plants, I am thinking of shooting a macro of a hanging drop.)

Your pink roses are wonderful. My wife loves pink also and I don't mind it at all.

I think its name should be "Bewitching" instead, because that's what it is!
