Baker Falls

We were supposed to get some rain yesterday (Sunday), but it went around us as often happens. The rain was supposed to bring cooler temperatures -- I hope the cooler temperatures will come anyway.

Since we didn't get the rain, I had to settle for a waterfall to bring me some relief. This little drop is just above Baker Falls here in Tennessee.

Very pretty.
We have had bouts of rain daily...it is great for my trees and grass!! But it only brings more humidity here!!

So Pretty.
We were supposed to get rain yesterday that never came too. We did get the cooler temperatures though. Today it is sunny with a nice cool breeze. I'm sitting out on the deck now with my laptop.

I think we're getting your rain, George. And the cooler weather. ;-) I bet you and Betsy loved waterfalls rain or shine!

That's a beautiful, cliff-like waterfall. Interesting shot.

We're expecting hot weather so I could sure use a bit of the rock to sit on :)

I love how you have captured this waterfall. It's beautiful to see the droplets of water stopped in action like this.

If it's reachable, are people allowed to soak in these falls? I've always wondered…

George: That is a neat one for certain.

I wish we'd get a little but I don't think that's going to happen. Nice shot and a great looking waterfall. I love any kind of water display.
:-)
