Pier Reflections
(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.)
I was walking along the beach at Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina, on a beautiful morning last month. The tide was going out, and as I approached the pier I noticed the reflection captured by the wet sand and shallow water. This picture makes me ready to go back.

Yes, undisturbed reflection.
Makes a great capture.
Very nice reflection, George. I miss seeing the tides go in and out. No tides on the Great Lakes.
this reminds me, i need to get myself out to the beach, been to long
That's a beauty George! Like your crazy header shot too. Enjoy the day.
I've seen this before, maybe on Betsy's blog, it is one of my favorites. So stark and architectural, linear, yet a wonderful blend of God and man. Maybe that's why I like it so much.
I can see why you want to go back. I'd love to walk there.
Great capture of the pier reflection, George. Love the beach too.
Oh yes, that water would feel good on bare feet!
You really did get that reflection. It is nearly perfect, George.
Beautiful, I love this picture with a great frame and fine reflexes. Very good. Greetings.
Thats almost like seeing a mirage in the desert.

Nice shot George! It looks like a place I would like to visit :-)
oh - - that is so pretty - - and serene and looks lots cooler than our weather today.
The reflection is lovely, George. Great capture!
Perfect reflection, George! The composition of this photo is great! Have a wonderful Sunday!
Good shot!
You've got an eye for it George. Thanks. :)
Wonderful! I must get there and check out this pier over the summer, George!
That reflection holds the reason I love the beach-really nice! And the Cantina Iris is fantastic! My iris are all done- is this one still blooming? xo teri
