Touchdown!

(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it. Clicking a second time will make it full-sized.)

Betsy attended a high school football game one evening earlier this month to see Landon, Betsy's grandson, play in his high school band. When the home team scored a touchdown, these fireworks lit up the sky.

Wow, that seems extraordinary for a High School game. But I haven't attended one in quite a while. Nice job on the fireworks shot too, they can be really tricky.

Sorry I've been gone, my blog disappeared while I was in New England. I've put up a new one here to keep up for now.

Afterwards, yes, but I've never seen fireworks during a high school football game. That's very cool - and a great shot!

Wow George, that is an awesome shot!
I've never heard of a fireworks setting so I'm curious what settings you did use.
Was this a homecoming game or do they do this for every game played at home? Could get expensive. :)
