The Great Wall

(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.)

If you've visited this site very often, you know that I thoroughly enjoyed my visits to the Great Wall. This picture was taken near Beijing when I first visited the wall in 1987.

The picture above was scanned from a slide.

George I also have a good memory, thinks that after having crossed the line that you could see me taking a picture that was then attached to a diploma that gave me a souvenir

Great picture work, George. I've never been to Asia but I'm sure it was exciting and am sure that I would love visiting there. Do you ever go back for short visits?

Looking at pictures or a TV documentary is probably about as close as I'll ever get to The Great Wall. Great photo George.

some day, I really should visit the Great Wall of China, and in fact, as many provinces of China. My great grand dad left China for Borneo more than 100 years ago.

Ten years ago, we toured New Zealand, in Rotorua, we met this retired Florida couple. They really enjoyed New Zealand.

The advantage of New Zealand is it's smallness. You get to see so many things without having to travel far like you do in USA.

You have a good weekend too.
