Flowers From Our Yard: Tennessee Vol Iris

If you've followed our blogs for any length of time you know that Betsy is a die-hard fan of the University of Tennessee Volunteers. I'm not sure that she bleeds orange, but I do try to make myself scarce if the Vols lose a football game.

It goes without saying that Tennessee Vol is Betsy's very favorite iris.

A gorgeous orange! My son-in-law is an avid Tennessee fan; he does bleed orange! :) He would love these beautiful flowers.

They sure are pretty George.
I have to laugh because now you are stuck between football and hockey and all these women upset if the home teams lose.
But when they win, it must be

Betsy posted a purple one which I like best. Is this another technique that you are experimenting, changing the colors or are they different plants.
