From My Archives: Double Delight Rose

(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it. Clicking a second time will make it full-sized.)

If I had to pick one rose as mu all-time favorite, it would probably be Double Delight. This rose got its name because of its color and fragrance, but since it also has a beautiful form, it could just as well been called Triple Delight.

The shape is very cool, different from the angles you have shot other roses. I like the water drops on it, too!

Hey George- Sorry I have not been by lately... busy as a bee with quilting, stray dogs and assorted STUFF. THis rose is just gorgeous. I especially like the angle - it looks like the rose is wearing a white coat. I LOVE the three "c" type lines that echo each other. We have not had much of a winter here-it was 63 degrees today!! Sorry so chatty!! xo teri
