Sunrise on Mt. Nebo

(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.  Clicking a second time will make it full-sized.)

Betsy and I get up early almost every morning when we visit Mt. Nebo to go to Sunrise Point to watch the sun come up on the other side of the Arkansas River valley.  It’s definitely a beautiful way to start the day.

This looks like a gorgeous painting!! The lines are beautiful and straight and the colors are out of this world...literally out of this world!!! You got the perfect shot.

George, that's one of the most beautiful sunrise's I've ever seen - you really captured all the colors of it and around it. I've got to get away from my computer in the a.m. once in a while to see them. I'm always getting sunsets :)

You're an early riser, aren't you? I rarely see sunrises, but I do catch a lot of sunsets. Am I imagining things, or do they really look different? This is truly a spectacular view.
