The Canadian Falls at Niagara
(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.)
Since I showed a picture of the American Falls yesterday, I thought I would show the Canadian (Horseshoe) Falls today. This picture was also taken from the Skylon Tower, Niagara Falls, Ontario, in 2002.
I'm a happily married retiree living on the Cumberland Plateau of Tennessee. I taught for 31 years and worked as a systems analyst for 9 years before retiring.

That has got to be the biggest falls in the world. I would bet the sound is really loud around the falls.
Am I seeing the same boat from the two pictures?
It's been a long time since I have been to Niagra Falls. This is a great shot.
Sunny :)
That is my favourite! I prefer the horse shoe to the american one :)
For once, I will have to say I like Canada better. :0
Beautiful, and an amazing natural phenomenon. Great photo!
Wow, those are spectacular from either side!
Both falls are spectacular but every time I see the Horseshoe falls I'm overwhelmed by the beauty.
Breathtaking photo!
Love the angle from which the picture is taken.Even though I live in Canada,I've nnever been to the falls.

I too like the angle from which the photo was taken. Such a pretty sight, hope to travel there myself one day.
Great shot George, I like it.
It brings my memories from April, 19th in 1994 into my mind.
Ooh! I definitely like the shape of this one better! But both are definitely impressive!
