Panther Falls
(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.)
In June Betsy and I visited some waterfalls in Rabun County, Georgia. One of the waterfalls we visited was Panther Falls, which we found after a pleasant hike through the woods. The nicest thing about this falls is that we had it all to ourselves even on a beautiful summer day.

This falls look sleek, George! Love the jagged-edged slates! Beautiful and elegant! :)
It is amazing to know that you had it all to both of you.
This beauty must be situated very deep inside the jungle.
Always a pleasure to see your waterfalls. To have it to yourself is extra special. I can hear those waters splashing down those rocks right now... so soothing.
Very beautiful, the way it cascades down the rock layers. So nice to have solitude while enjoying nature.
This is a very attractive falls..
It looks like a staircase.
Great capture too!
Now this is lovely! In this one, the rock formations are almost more interesting than the water! One thing I notice is the water at the bottom. It is not a pretty blue like all your others, what causes this?
How lovely to have it all to yourselves George. It certainly looks like a staircase to me too and so lovely
A gorgeous discovery.
I love how the falls seem to be almost like liquid silk tumbling down over.
Very pretty stairs! :)
