Electric Shock Iris

(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.)

When we got home from the beach last weekend, we were greeted by iris and roses in bloom. This Electric Shock Iris was at the end of the driveway as we drove in.

Hi George,
Gosh it seems forever since I've been here. I was away too and am trying to get back into regular blogging.
This iris is gorgeous. I think purple is the best color for iris. I know it's my favorite.
I looked at your beach shots below. Gorgeous scenes. So glad you and Betsy had a great time.
