Potter Falls

(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.)

One nice thing about living in eastern Tennessee is that Betsy and I can find waterfalls without having to travel very far. Potter Falls is a pretty little waterfall near Wartburg, Tennessee.

Beautiful and refreshing looking! I was thinking that you could compile a coffee table book of your waterfall shots!

Do you ever go into the water nearby or soak your feet?
Its a very nice way to spend the day.
Sometimes we go to one place to picnic and there is a water fall behind bushes. All you can hear is what sounds like a powerful waterfall but all it is is a small amount of water that runs from rock to rock splashing making it sound much like Niagara Falls than the small thing it really is.
You and Betsy sure do enjoy nice things.:)

What is that kid doing up there? I'd think it was too dangerous to venture so near the top of the waterfall.

I also like the way the sun hits that one spot on the falls.

Very pretty and nice that it's close by. I think the nearest waterfall to Greg & I is up by the cabin, and maybe another hour or two away.

Lovely falls, and a great photo of it, too.

This looks like a place to wade around in...on a hot day to cool off!
