(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.)
Although it is near the end of October, some of our re-blooming iris are now putting on a show. Our Hemstitched iris is in full bloom in our front flower bed.

This is quite nice, George. The colors I have not seen before.
I do not have iris. My neighbor behind me does along the fence, and they have really been in full bloom. Yours as usual is very pretty. His are bright orange and yellow.
your iris is lovely. we are at the end of flowers, a wee little harebell here and there... but the nights are cold and snow is on the mountains. Autumn leans into winter.
I had read in some blogs that their irises or day lilies are re-blooming too, that is awesome! Well my Dahlia didn't stop from blooming too and my cosmos still sprouting beautiful flowers which I enjoyed so much. Oftentimes I think nature don't stop from surprising us. ^_^

THAT is a real treat at this time of year!! I bet the flower bed brings you a lot of joy.
What a lovely, unexpected picture. I LOVE the color!! A strange name, though!
Fantastic shot, George. I noticed yesterday that we have two "Mr. Lincoln" roses about to burst out. I love it when flowers bloom in the fall.
I just love iris! I ordered some of these this summer and hope to have good luck with them over the winter.
