Jigger Creek Falls
(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.)
On our way to Amicalola Falls State Park last week Betsy and I visited a new waterfall (for us) in the Cohutta Wilderness Area along the Tennessee-Georgia border. Jigger Creek Falls is a pretty waterfall adjacent to the road -- no hiking required.

Beautiful picture. Maybe I like waterfalls so much since with limestone bluffs and cave springs we don't have them. The nearest one is about an hours drive away and maybe 12 feet tall. :)
This is such a beautiful fall.....right along side the road! ?? Awesome!
Looks like you enjoyed your birthday!
Have a fabulous day!

Gorgeous!
cool name, Jigger Creek falls. this is a beautiful one George, i like the way the rocks made steps
Now That is MY kind of falls!! Right by the road and no walking!! I meant to say on your other blog, that was a scary sign!! Of course I would have been scared before I even saw the sign. It must have been tough going, because it would have been slippery in the rain??
another wonderful collection for you and Betsy. Those little waterfalls are cute.
Jigger Creek ... the name caught my attention and the picture you took was a great one. Nice work!
This is a beauty! Nice that you didn't even have to hike to get to it.
Well we know what you did this week end lol
What a great way to spend the day.:)
Nice shot from the true Falls man.
Now that is news!. I figured you and Betsy knew and had seen just about all of them. Glad you had a nice time away even at a year older.
You and Betsy find the most beautiful places.
Enlarged, the shot looks really good.
Great capture.
