Jigger Creek Falls

(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it. Clicking a second time will make it full-sized.)

As you know, Betsy and I very much enjoy driving or hiking back into the mountains to visit a waterfall we've learned about through one of our books or from the internet. In March, 2011, we celebrated my birthday in north Georgia. One of the waterfalls we visited was Jigger Creek Falls.

Those are some beautiful falls. I love great falls shots.

I just got back from a trip to Washington and Oregon and did get a few falls shots in on the trip that I'll be sharing soon.

Delicious, I like the frame, looks great as the water falls in a zig-zag.

Jigger Creek? The name of this creek/waterfall made me smile. Thought at first it must be in TN, the other whiskey-making capital! :-)Regardless, it's a little water gem. Good place to celebrate a birthday. Happy belated day, George.

You and Betsy live by the paradise...

I coud not come sooner because I had the flu...That was terrible!

I do love how it tiers down!
An added bonus would be if those rhododendrons were blooming. :)

Wow the pictures in your blogs shows that you know the technical-knowhows of a camera. I wonder what are you using. Mine is Nikon D90 and buying dslr for me is considered as personal investing.
