From My Archives: Melody Parfumée Rose

(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it. Clicking a second time will make it full-sized.)

We've had Melody Parfumée rose for several years. It's a grandiflora rose, I really like the unusual color, and it has a very pleasant, old-rose fragrance

It is so great to have a rose that actually has a fragrance. It is a beautiful rose and great photo.

Very beautiful! What does Grandiflora mean? I suppose really big? Just by the name I would think it has a quite strong aroma.

Very pretty rose, George. I love that the edges are dark, as are the buds.

The rose is lovely, George. Betsy's blog tells me that you had a recent birthday. May you enjoy many, many more!

Anything this beautiful does not need to stay in archives. So very gorgeous. Trust you and Betsy feel better soon.
