I'm Still Looking Up to Her

(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it. Clicking a second time will make it full-sized.)

I snapped this picture of my Beautiful Bride in March, 2010. We were celebrating my birthday in a cabin at Serenity Falls near Cosby, Tennessee, in the Great Smoky Mountains. We were both learning how to use our new cameras at that time, and Betsy was on the deck of the cabin taking picture of the waterfall while I was on the ground below. I snapped this picture while we were discussing camera settings.

Dear George, I am very pleased to see this post... I think it is very 'gentlemanly' to be able to 'look up' at our better halves in any way we can...

Couples who snap pics together, stay together? :-) Seriously though, it's great to have retirement interests in common and photography is such a creative hobby. Much better than taking in Senior Day at Kroger's and getting your blood pressure checked?

You two are always so sweet, here we have a joke when we see couples like you, translate as "full of ants". Can you relate to that. Sweet things in the tropics attract a lot of ants! haha.
