Tahiti Daffodil

(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it. Clicking a second time will make it full-sized.)

We've been fortunate to have many beautiful daffodils blooming in our yard this year. One of our old standbys is Tahiti Daffodil. We've had it for several years and it is in several locations in our yard. It's a double daffodil with an orange center and pale yellow petals.

When it is enlarged, you just want to touch it. Another one of your truly beautiful flowers. You no doubt have the prettiest yard in your area.

Very pretty. Is it scented? We have some doubles that are very fragrant. MB

It's just lovely, George! Thanks for saying the Indian statues are so appropriate to represent Tucson in Our World. I was stunned when I saw them from the road and had to go back. The photos might have been better if I hadn't been IN their yard when I took the pictures! I didn't want to trespass more than a minute.

That's a beautiful flower. I like daffodils and do some gardening, sad to say I don't have a green hand.

I can almost feel the wrinkly silk texture on those petals. The focus is perfect to draw the viewer to the petals. Good bokeh, too.

I have seen the more expanded view of your garden through Betsy's, i just don't know which part of it you did, and which are hers.
