Biltmore Estate Conservatory

(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.)

I don't know the name of this plant -- we saw it in the Conservatory at the Biltmore Estate. I really liked the colors and lines of these leaves. Unfortunately I couldn't find anything to identify the plant for me.

came via Ginny's site.

My husband is an engineer, he doesn't like wood fire. he doesn't like the fumes. Once we stayed in a house with a fire place, I used to think it romantic. he blocked it up.

I wonder if anything will be blooming in the gardens on March 20. Bill and I will be at Ridgecrest and will stop quickly at Biltmore on the way home if there is something to look at outside.

It is a tropical plant, I remember seeing it. I will try to find the name for you.
