L'Eau d'Or Falls is one of five major waterfalls in Tallulah Gorge State Park in Georgia. This waterfall can only be viewed from the rim of the gorge, but is still very beautiful from that vantage point.

Here it is again, waterfall.
Lovely scenery! Guess you took it from way up above!
Beautiful! When we were there we didn't get that close to the falls. Maybe next time!
Very pretty! It's been a while since I have visited there. Many years ago my brother and his son hiked to the bottom of the gorge. Larry said after he got there, he wondered how he would ever get out!!!
This is very different from most of the falls you post. The name sounds French or Cajun.
The water of gold? Intriguing name. And it's beautiful! Fantastic point of view too.
So beautiful George!!! Have a wonderful week!!!
pleasing and pleasant to look at, I bet it sounded good also
This is a lovely view of the falls, George!
Oh that is nice!!
Nice one George.
That's a nice picture George. If given the chance I think I could stare down cause I'm afraid of heights.
Great shot George.
Wow! That looks like a ride a Disneyland.
Gorgeous falls indeed. The picture looks amazing when enlarged.
Blessings,Ruth
That is utterly amazing, George. Really powerful shot.
I know I've seen part of this gorge but I don't remember what part and it was way before the photography bug bit me.
Scenes like this always evoke the sentiment in me of "God's Country".
Love image George!
Woah George!!!
Were you hanging off a cliff or kite flying??? lol
What a GREAT SHOT!!!!!!!:)
It sure is worthwhile seeing this fall! It must have been difficult to take this shot! Have a great day!
Theres an awe when one can stand in the face of waterfalls. The spectacle is usually breath- taking.
I can definitely understand why it's called 'water of gold'!
