Trying to Stay Cool

(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.)

Tuesday was another unbelievably hot and humid day here on the Plateau. This picture was taken in front of our house back on January 31. I hoped pictures like this would help me feel cooler, but it doesn't seem to be working.

It cools me down, just by looking at it...

I'm pretending I'm rolling around in all that snow! Feels pretty good!

Hehe heh! I hope it's working, George. :)

Soon the dog days of summer will be over and we can ALL take photos and blog comfortably.

It's day three in a row of miserable heat and humidity here too. This is a refreshing picture to look at. Love the blues skies with the white stuff. Now go drink a glass of ice water, cause that is about all that will really work today.

It does seem to have a calming effect though. I love this picture with the snow lightly on the bare branchs of the trees.

Thanks for helping me stay cool in Las Vegas at 103+ temps!

Have a fabulous day!

I remember all the snow you had, George. Wouldn't it be great if you could melt it now!
I tried sending some rain but the ups man said it was to wet and heavy :)

Love seeing bare trees all silver with frost. But only in photos. :)
