Janice Brown Daylily

(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.)

Daylilies usually bloom in June around here, but we have this beauty blooming in our front yard right now.

Janice Brown is a re-blooming daylily, and we are enjoying its autumn show. It is the only daylily we have blooming right now, but we hope it will be joined by a couple more in the days ahead.

I love this color! Janice Brown must have been the woman who bred this variety?

Your roses and flowers are like a second family for you. All of them so nice and pretty with sweet names. I really like your lady today, Janice Brown.

If I was a bee I would make that my home :-)

This Lily has a frilly hem around all the leaf edges.
It's wonderful how nature knows how to decorate even a flower.

I want a pink day lily. However we don't have enough sunshine even to grow grass! We have too many trees.
