The Tellico River seemed to hold more boulders than water when I took this picture back in July, 2007. But even so we enjoyed the drive along the river and found many spots to pull over and take in the view.

It must be a good place for photography session...
this waterfall looks like we could walk accross it by hopping from rock to rock. well, maybe I USED to could have hopped rock to rock
It's a nice walk along the river stones ...
Kisses.
A very scenic spot to photograph. Thanks for sharing today and I hope it's a good day for you!
Beautiful. As a canoeist I'd rate that water "highly technical." :)
Gorgeous Rocks!!!
It is still very scenic, even with low water levels.
Blessings,Ruth
Looks like you could almost wade in it, so cool and refreshing!
Falls are so photogenic.
Such a lovely serene spot, to enjoy all of nature's glory...
I hear the water cascading over the falls ;)
A lovely spot to stop and sit at, maybe having a snack...
Every time you drive by a place its always different.
This is what makes it so interesting.
Would be very interesting to see comparative photos -- high water years vs. years like the one in the photo!
We do live in a beautiful area, don't we?!!!
Sometimes I like the water lower to be able to really see the outlay of the river itself.
Makes me want to dip my toes!
Seems like a nice place to picnic. :)
It actually looks like a fun place to go wading and exploring.
Reminds me creeks in the western wet lands of Sri Lanka! Perfect location!
although with a little water the river Tellicio is beautiful to see.AH Ah, ah, ah!

Sure looks purty!
I'll bet those falls are roaring earlier in the year. Maybe you'll go back in May and take a photo for comparison.
