Sailing the South Pacific
(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.)
After our big snow storm and low temperatures I had to find some way to warm up. The scene above was snapped at Kunta Beach Resort on the island of Bali back in June, 1987. I sure would like to be out on that canoe right now.
The picture above was scanned from a slide.

I am glad you manage to grab some warmth in the winter.
The snow didn't stay south of us after all. More snow for us too.
What a wonderful and WARM shot George!
That's a beautiful scene with the boat in the background. It does warm me up some, just thinking of the warm wind and water.
You are a world traveller! Bali, do you have any pictures of the people or streets? This makes me want to see lots more. So exotic. I really love this photo, because it kind of teases you and you want more. That little glimpse of the boat with the colorful sail. A perfect shot.
Me too George! Ah, to be sitting under a tree in the lazy sunshine...
The weather has seriously misfiled her facts. You got what we are supposed to get and we got a whole lot of nothing. We are "to be filed." Thanks for warming things up.
Wonderful snap. I am glad it is warm again there.
nice photo at the depth of winter. I believe tomorrow we are half way through. Have I told you that your blog header is fantastic?!
Nice shot!
Bali sounds delightful!
