Life's A Cabernet Tulip
(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.)
We've been enjoying the tulips in our yard this year -- they've put on quite a show. The tulip above is one of the new ones in our yard this year -- Life's a Cabernet. I have no idea how it got that name, but it is pretty.
I've seen your comments on so many of the blogs I follow, I just had to stop by -- I'm glad I did. I think your photos are remarkable! I'm afraid to ask about the stag... Kathy PS I'm retired from education as well.
Hi George, I've just been to visit Betsy and been admiring your lovely yard. I love tulips and your red one is a joy and a great shot, you are surely getting the hang of the new camera.

I love the deep red color of tulips.
right now with all your tulips and other beautiful flowers in your yard, Life Is a Cabernet for sure
Red is always beautiful.
Truly love that flower and its great name.
Red tulips are so perky and cheerful. This is such a pretty shade of red.
And here I thought Cabernet Sauvignon came from grapes.
