Victoria Harbor

Victoria Harbor, Hong Kong, is one of the world's biggest and busiest harbors. This picture was taken in 1987 from the Kowloon side of the harbor looking across to the Central District of Hong Kong Island on the opposite shore.

Beautiful! A good friend of mine is teaching in Okinawa. He just returned from a trip to Singapore. I'm loving his photos from that part of the world.

I remember looking out my hotel window at 5am and people were doing tai chi outside. It was my first time on a hydro plane boat (is that what they call them?) That was some smooth ride.
I wonder how much things changed since Hong Kong went back to the China and if the people are happy?
