On Valentine Day Betsy and I visited Rutledge Falls near Manchester, Tennessee. Rutledge Falls is the 296th waterfall in our collection.

I can almost hear the waters falling downstream..hmmm...how I'd like to be there, it's starting to be summer hot here, and all I can think of is water.
