I really like rhododendrons but the soil here is too alkaline and at the moment I don't have time to fuss with it. So I guess I'll just have to enjoy yours!
I've only just read about rhododendron in books but never actually seen one. The flowers remind me of hibiscus (we call them 'gumamela') but so much prettier in clumps!

Very beautiful blossoms. I really admire your garden, George. Have a great day :)
That is so pretty - I love the color. Your yard must be beautiful with all your lovely flowers!!
These are in full bloom here too, such a delightful sight.
So pretty!!! Jealous...I only have hibiscus and a few roses...not too much variety of flowers in HOT HOT Florida.
Oh you are so lucky.
Some people around here have great rhodos but if I get one bloom I am lucky. Enjoy! :)

I keep forgetting you also have a blogger site.
They are blooming now and so nice to see.

You must have the most beautiful gardens around. Gorgeous!

That's a waterfall of the flower world ... or are waterfalls flowers of the water world? Probably a little of both ...
Very beautiful color & great photo!
George: That is a neat flower, so pink.
Lovely color. In our garden we have same color. Rhodos are not easy to photograph, but Your photo is gorgeus.
