Towering Prism Tulip

(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.  Clicking a second time will make it full-sized.)

We occasionally get false promises of Spring, but when the tulips start to bloom we can be fairly certain that Spring is really here.  We only have a couple Towering Prism Tulips, but they are tall and put on a beautiful display.

I love tulips. They have broken ground here but not blooming yet. The daffodils have just bloomed in the past couple daysl

Did your flowers survive the couple nights of freezing weather? Lots of neighbors had plants blanketed for the evenings.
