Harrods Department Store, London

(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.  Clicking a second time will make it full-sized.)

Harrods Department Store is a London landmark.  The store, often called “The World’s Leading Luxury Department Store”, is in a building which is imposing both day and night.  We explored the first floor of Harrods when we visited our daughter who was studying in London for a semester during her college career.

I got this picture, taken as a slide in 1993, when we walked past Harrods one evening at dusk.  Recently I scanned the slide and cleaned up the image.  This is the result, which I think makes a pretty picture.

Spectacular shot and the motion blue adds great effect! Marvelous building and the lights truly enhanced the outlook of the building.

A very pretty picture! Nicely done. I was afraid you were going to say it has now been terribly damaged by mobs. Thankfully you didn't! It's a great photo, George.
