Autumn Moon in a Blue Sky
(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.)
On our way home late yesterday (Saturday) afternoon, Betsy and I noticed a beautiful moon up in the blue sky. I wasn't able to stop and get a picture, but I was reminded of the picture I got last October of the moon above some beautiful autumn color.

this is great George, it is difficult to get a shot of the moon, I have tried and never got one this clear. the color really adds to it.
Brings back memories of a beautiful time of year, George!
Nice moon shot, I especially like the trees.
Great minds are thinking alike today - Ha!
Sunny :)
The moon was beautiful last night. the sky was cloudy and the moon would shine through the swirling thin clouds. MB
Even if the picture is the wrong season,it is no less beautiful.
Blessings,Ruth
I love it!
this really is lovely, because of the colors and the moon above. It looks like a book cover!
Oh so lovely, the sky a beautiful blue and the trees dressed in fall colors.
Lovely photo! The blue sky, the plants' color and that strange thing up their disturbing the blue harmony.... the moon, isreally lovely.
Iwonder what that photo have been if you were able to takea shot.
Hi George
What a beautiful photo. Thanks for sharing it.
God bless you and have a
Great Palm Sunday,
Ron
That's a great shot. So fun to go back in time! Autumn seems so very long ago.
What a blue sky, no clouds at all. Nice picture.
I always love it too when the moon comes out while the sky is still blue. This is even more beautiful because of the autumn colors.
I love this...the colors are amazing.
That autumn foliage is beautiful against that blue sky! The moon a wonderful addition.
The colors in your photo are candy to my eyes, my day is gray and rainy.
So beautiful. And the light is very different from this time of year. We forget just what autumn sunlight looks like in these pale March days.
On your comment on my blog: I'm sorry too that my daughter is stopping doing Maths, even tho I was hopeless at it myself. Her older brother took Maths all the way through school and is now doing Engineering at university, so we're not all on the Arts side.
