On the Waterfront
(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.)
Little River, South Carolina, is a small fishing village on the Intracoastal Waterway. There are always fishing boats going in and out from wharfs, but it's possible to see a wide variety of craft passing the village. In this picture you can see, in addition to fishing boats, a speedboat, a pontoon boat, and a very elegant sailing vessel.

I love watching boats on the water. I really like this photo, George.
Little River looks like a wonderful place to visit, George. We have wanted to see the South Caroline coast for some time. Thanks for sharing your journey.
This looks like a neat fishing village to visit! There's a lake one not too far from our cabin that I've been begging Greg to go to so we can get some smoked whitefish!
The sailing vessel looks quite lovely.
Blessings,Ruth
You have discovered another type of waterscape, besides waterfall.
this scene looks a lot like the scenery in Savannah where I was born and raised. I have seen many of these just like this one, lovely shot of it. Makes me want to smell the marshlands
What a lovely variety! Are those houses right on the water? Do people live there?
Little River looks like a fun place to visit.
I love this picture George, lots of water but where is the waterfall? There is so much interest here I love it.
Interesting George, no falls ? lol.
Looks like a nice area to explore.
It looks similar to our Steveston village. Its funy. On the East coast we'd go to the states to Burlington and here in BC we cross the border also into Burlington.Sometimes I forget which side of the country I am in.lol
Walking in this village would be the same as walking in Steveston.
Lovely scenery. It reminds me a little of Hyannis on Cape Cod.
Sunny :)
