A Mountain Top Trail
(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.)
Mount Nebo State Park in Arkansas contains several trails which are great for hiking. One of my favorites is the Rim Trail, which circles the mountain just below the top. The 3.5 mile trail offers some wonderful views, even in the winter.

3.5 miles is a great hike George!
3.5 miles sounds challenging.
Is it very rocky and dangerous? I'm sure it would be loaded with inderesting things, though!
until I enlarged the photo, i could not see the rim of the mountain, i like that part of the picture, the ROCK part not Stone.
Sounds like my kind of hike. 3 miles is just about right for me.
I am guessing that this view would offer more exceptional sight in the fall and springtime?

Lovely view making the 3.5 mile hike worth it! What a great place to get exercise and stay fit!
Gosh you have such wonderful trails to hike in your area. I enjoy hiking in the winter as there are so many more sights to see without leaves blocking the view.
