as i stood and watchede the sky to the west of our back yard today, i moaned aloud wishing I were at the beach which is just a few short mies from us. there was a storm show going on, bolts and blue sky and black and gray clouds that looked as if Piscasso had swiped a brush through them. I love sky shots and wish I had the one from today. no way to get it with all the trees and wires between us
This is an impressive sky indeed, George! This week we had terrible weather with two very destructive hurricanes in the east of the country, thunderstorms and heavy rain. The sky was said to be menacing and frightening.

Very nice George.
She would still like to show her beauty at the final minute.
A wonderful photo! I would love to spend time there. The colors in the skies with those clouds are beautiful...

Dark and foreboding, except for that one little patch of pink, lovely.
Although I'm more of a beach person, the mountains' beauty still thrills me.

I agree that it's hard to beat sky photos with mountains in them. :) NEAT!
It does not matter what mountains you are in, there is an abundance of beauty.

Never mind the skies George, lol, just being in the mountains is fascinating. Mountains always resembled a power to me. Anna :)
