i see that tiny little bug, amazing what we find when we look at our photos. I tried to get a magnoia from our neighbors tree, but they are all pointing up to the sky and all i can see is the bottom side.
Lovely! When I lived in Virginia a neighbor about three houses away had a huge tree. The blooms are lovely, the leaves a mess! When it stormed we found leaves in our yard.

I think Magnolia blossoms are amazing!
Nothing says the 'south' as a beautiful magnolia bloom does.
This is a lovely blossom, George. We gardeners MUST remember that most insects are actually good and not bad. LOL

Love the header!! And the bright white blossom coming out of the dark background. A light in the darkness.

Lovely magnolia looking clean and fresh. Good capture, George.
So each time you see the Magnolia, you remember the day you married the most beautiful woman in the world.
Right now, it is early for our white magnolias, but the purples are blooming.
I love magnolias. We always try to plan our trips south for when the magnolias bloom.
