Rose of the Week: Gemini

(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.  Clicking a second time will make it full-sized.)

This is another in the series featuring a rose from our yard.

I think I can safely say that Gemini is one of our favorite roses.  It’s along the driveway near the garage, where we can enjoy it each time we pass.  I’m not sure, but I suspect this rose got the name ‘Gemini’ because of its beautiful color and delightful fragrance.  These twin attributes make this a marvelous rose.

I think your yard is very big because you can grow a lot of roses.

It's a beauty, George. How clever of you to plant it where you can see and smell it often.

Hello George, Gemini sure is a delightful rose. The color is magnificent. One of your most beautiful pictures, I think. Not really sure...you have so many that are marvelous. I do like this one though.

Beautiful rose and I think you may be right about the origin of it's name.
Your moon is a good shot. Taking a pic of the moon is a hit or miss event for me too. Sometimes good and other times..........
