Our Weather's Been Ducky

(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.)

This past Tuesday Betsy and I went out to Cumberland Mountain State Park where I saw these ducks enjoying a late afternoon swim. I like the wake these ducks are leaving as well the reflections of the trees on the far shore.

The reflection is really good. Do your ducks feel the cold?

I have been to Cumberland mountain state park several times, but not since 1959. Senior Hiker did good on this shot, it is beautiful.

How lovely and calm looking. The duckies are cutting a path right through the reflection, too!

The ducks look very happy. But I wonder why there are three. I thought three was a crowd this time of year.

Lovely shot George! I encourage everyone to enlarge it.
Looks like the mallards might be swimming the waters in search of a mate or three. :)
You sure you don't want to link this to Weekend Reflections - it is a great reflection shot. :)
