Fireworks on the Fourth

(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.)

Fairfield Glade had a fireworks display Sunday evening and I couldn't resist the temptation to experiment with my new camera. I got some pictures that I thought turned out pretty nice and I will probably share some more in the days ahead. I like the colors in this particular burst.

Good Morning George, This is a great shot of the fireworks! I just saw more of these wonderful pictures on Betsy's post.

I hope you will get some rain soon. I know you are busy keeping everything watered in this hot, dry weather.

Thanks for the nice fireworks pics.

I have to admit that I'm a sucker for fireworks photos. I took a few myself the other night, but I haven't posted any yet. I'm saving them for a special project I'm going to do. Yours here is a great example. Nice work.

gosh I never saw one like this before.
Gorgeous!!!!
I did not see any this year (sob, sob)
but I caught my coons and took them away to some woods far far away.
Too bad cause they are soooo cute.
I wonder if they were neutered if they would be domesticated like cats and dogs.?????

Whee! I love fireworks!

Looks like we're having the same problem with Blogger comments. I hope they fix it soon.

I think you did a great job George!
I still haven't taken the time to try this. Looks like a bursting flower bloom. :)
