Cumberland Mountain State Park near Crossville is not a large park, but it does contain a beautiful lake, Byrd Lake. One of our favorite activities at the park is to have a delicious buffet at the restaurant overlooking this lake.

That seems like a very lovely place for a buffet. My cancer has led me to a whole new eating style aalong with the other stuff to get better. Thanks for the prayers and I also very much love your flower pics. I am impressed at the variety you find to plant and care for.That too is a feast for my eyes.
