Last month Betsy and I spent a couple of days in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. One of the days we drove up Greenbrier Road along the Little Pigeon River. I got this picture of the river at the intersection of Greenbrier Road with the road leading to Ramsey Cascade.

Awesome capture on the flow of river! Good job George
the water looks like silk ribbons
The water on the river looks as if it's flowing quite fast and makes a beautiful photo as it breaks up over the rocks.
What a great sight seeing rolling water over big rocks.
What a beautiful flow of water.
That's one of our very favorite places. Thanks for the virtual vacation to the Smokies this morning. :)

There is almost something mystical about that shot. A small stream flowing through the woods does that for us troutfishermen...:)
Lovely! Such a peaceful scene!
What a beautiful and serene capture. The light and shadows add mood to the photograph.
Beautiful shot of the river, George!
