Winter skies can be cloudy and gray, but there is the occasional perfect day with sunshine and brilliant blue skies. I captured this pretty sky in our front yard.

Glad you are enjoying blue skies as opposed to the bad weather. It is nice here today as well. I am glad I do not live up North where so much snow is expected. I feel sorry for them.
Beautiful picture. In my book, it's days like this that make winter bearable. I can take the cold and snow, but oh how I miss the sunshine. Doug reminds me of that every time I suggest we move to Alaska. :)

I love the texture contrasts and the contrasts of tones. The sky is so vividly blue. Beautiful.
