(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it.)
Since today is Veterans' Day, I'm sharing Veterans Honor Rose with you. Although this picture was taken earlier this year, this beautiful rose is still blooming in our yard today. How appropriate.

This is an incredible photo of this rose George. Thank you so much for sharing it with us on this Veteran's Day.
I have a very similar rose in my garden. It was here when we moved in 20 years ago. It bloomed November 3, for my daughters birthday and has two more buds that if it stay as warm as it has been may just bloom! I will have to see if I can find out what kind it is- Thanks for remembering our veterans.
God is pretty cool by letting this flower live to honor our Veterans. It must have been one of those you covered? I am still impressed it survived the colder evenings.
I'm a happily married retiree living on the Cumberland Plateau of Tennessee. I taught for 31 years and worked as a systems analyst for 9 years before retiring.
