From My Archives: My Favorite Hiking Partner

(This picture can be enlarged by clicking on it. Clicking a second time will make it full-sized.)

This picture, taken in August, 2006, when we were at Old Stone Fort State Park near Manchester, Tennessee, shows my beautiful, and favorite, hiking partner. How can anyone look at this picture and not smile back?

You have a great hiking partner there George. My husband Ben was not an outdoorsman so he never hiked with me. You guys are so lucky that you share the same interests. He and I did share a lot of other interests though.

Thanks for coming by and commenting! I had never done a corn maze before, and really had a great time, though it tuckered me out. Glad you liked the photos of the Catalina State park, too!
